    GDFS battery patch

    hello. do u have to re-apply the battery patch using gdfstool everytime u change or upgrade firmware?

    I would think that you only need to write the GDSF battery script in just the once, when you flash your phone you only do Main and FS and the GDSF is unchanged.

    only one time, i also written it in GDFS, and when i flashed main and fs it remained untouched

    hmmm. already did the battery patch. somehow my problem still the same. even after long hours of charging, it never gets FULL. the battery indicator still charing 1-bar less. only when i turn the phone off,and replugin g the charger it will say Fully Charge.

    Hey friend i guess u r using W800 R1BC002. Try flashing a slightly newer firmware to ur phone. Caz one of my friends had the same problem, even after the battery patch. So wat i did was i flashed his phone wit the firmware rite after R1BC002 and the problem was solved. So giv it a try!!!

    Its NOT a patch. It writes some values into the GDFS area.

    seems the address is the same on many of the phones...
