bluetooth speed

any idea for tweaking bluetooth speed...?? i have bt1.2, if i transfer a mp3 file (5mb) from my phone to other device with bt2.0. its take more then 10 minutes.. so sux.. :(
and i dont know how much kbps is thiss..

It's ~8 kb/s. It's very poor... :(
