Debranded V600 To K600 CID Change

Hello,
I have debranded my V600i (R2K005 CID36) to K600i (R2J005 CID36) successfully with SeTool2 0.91373 *Ortica*.;)

Now, I want to upgrade my firmware to R2BA019 (but this one is CID49).

Can I use SeTool2 0.91373 to flash it (many says that there are problems on CID49 with this version) ?:confused:

I wanna use Semc Tool 8.4 *free*, but before flashing, I just use "Read all code" or "Read Phone infos" and I get an error 300xxx...:mad:

Can someone help me ???

If the phone is working well then dont upgrade it ...
unless if you are having problems regarding the software ..

In some cased K600 will behave strangely " Freez , restart " if you changed the CID

Thanx for your reply, but there are some *bugs* with R2J005 firmware version.
Many slowdown in java application (even in main menu, keys functions seems longer to reply than the previous 22K005 (but V600i) version).
Also, many improvements were done from R2T002 (but this is once again a CID49).
From this site, we can update to this firmware with SEMC 8.4 free (just complete phone on SEMC, and MAIN + FS transfer with SeTool), but it's still not working...

What's the problem related ???

Ok... Found the reason...

The OgmDevelopment rulez isn't compatible with T28 serial cable. I tried with a cruiser cable => Success (converted to CID49, but OTP remains CID36).

Ok, so you managed to reflash your V600i to the newest firmware version of K600. Did you notice any other differences when upgrading your firmware? BTW, would you think you could have done the upgrade by using the miniUSB-cable only?

No many improvements found, except the speed that's a little faster...

I can't release this with the MiniUsb cable with SEMC Tool, because it only accept T28 Serial, Cruiser, or DSS/25.

I could only use the mini usb cable with DaVinci or Wotan, but it will cost a few credits (about 20 €)
