This post outlines how to flash your w300i (very similar to w810i) without bruteforcing. It takes less than 30 minutes, and you can break in to the file system to set your own sounds, custom menus, etc. I don't go into all that in this post, see elsewhere for FAR manager usage once you're in.

No.I think he says that the camera quality of W300 is poor .So it can be improved by updating the camera driver.
