when i want to customize my w800 with phone xs++.after a 5 minutes I received this error:
failed to open.

hey ...i guess you shouldn't have launched customizing process ....since if u look at the log carefully..your phone didn't contain any firmware in!!!!!!

so ...flash it again , using appropriate flash files (main + Fs) ...then only then u may , be able to customize it .
