just flashed k800i and now i think its broke any help

just flashed my k800i and when i put my o2 sim in it said incorrect sim so i put a orange sim in it says configuration error please contact network provider how do i fix this cid49 red db2020 please help

any one willing to help me i have to fix this phone today its saying its network locked in secret menu so can i just unlock it?

if so how do i unlock this phone? thanks

right now i have sorted it just unbranded my phone using different firmware and taking battery out for 5 seconds inbetween flashing files.

but now my phone is locked again how do i unlock my phone is the a patch i can download?

or have i got to pay for?
