My phone wont connect to XS anymore

And my phone is w610 with R8BA024 fw. It happened after i backuped gdfs! What to do?

When you plug it in to XS++ or SETool2, and it scans your phone, does it give you your CID version?
Did you recently update your phone or do anything that could have put a new CID on it?

Connect your phone to xs++ and copy here your phones log without IMEI number.
I think you did make a upgrade by SEUS and you have CID53 phone.

I think you upgraded to CID 53, and it can't be flashed with XS++ or SeTool2Lite.

Have you tried connecting it with 2 and 5?

Try to connect to xs while holding down 2 and 5 buttons on the phone, and hold them down all the time while the identification process is running.

I just downloaded another XS. But thanks for all your help. Problem solved!
Just to mention another thing:
I didn't upgrade it by SEUS, i did it by SeTool... But I use XS to take backup of my GDFS:)
