    hi, i have a se v630i and iv been following all discussions about v630i to whatever. I finally managed to install my flash usb driver and managed to start davinci which is recognizing the phone.

    What to do now, i hate my vodafone brand, but i already heard it is not special to brand your phone to k610. I really want to flash it to w660 but i don't understand what to do. I'm reading about customization, and overwriting all kind of files to make it work. Is there allready a tuturial about how to make my v630i to w660?

    What steps/programs/changes do i need to make to get it until what is possible now. Tnx in advance.:confused:

    First note that the dudes here say the have problems after flashing to W660 firmware... If you still wanna try here we go...

    Update you Phone with SEUS found on the SE site as you must have cdi52.
    then get your hands on the W660 firmware, file system & custom file.
    I use XS++ v1.6.8 apply the changes... or use setool lite(I have note tried it yet)
    If you need more info the topsony forum as lots of tutorials so try to use the search tab. Let use know if you get it to work?

    if you want to make w660 from your k610 you must not to delete camera driver;) you can run FaceWarp and minimalize it! then will walkman works too...

    1)you need to run any application in the background that uses the camera. for example facewarp or nocam(this is very battery consuming so you should turn down you phones brightness to minimial) You can`t use your camera while these programs are running.

    2)you need a k610 display driver which goes in /ifs/settings/display

    It's described in the XS++ 2.x tutorial.
    Just go to the tutorials section and read through.
    There are some other tutorials, but I'm not sure wether they contain detailled information about which firmware you need to choose.
