Hello , my Sony Ericsson's model T700 . I download form here firmware for this model then extract rar formate inside only .fbn file have , missing .mbn file . where can i download .mbn file & how to install this firmware .

Nothing is missing,you have to download main generic file and FS file for your region.

Hi,try to clean usb contacts with needle on your phone ,add flash files and try again to connect your phone holding 2+5 buttons.Also try to flash with another fully charged battery.If same then your flash chip is damaged so take it to some private repair shop.
