1.We all have private life and no time to be here all the time.
2.I already told you what to do,open the site in google and read manual how to flash the phone.It should solve your problem.You can also use search button in this forum.
3.If you are not shure how to flash your phone then take it to some private unlock/repair shop and they will do the job for you.
