w595 add language

Good day,

I am trying to add a new language (russian) to my W595(RED52).
I uploaded the RU.LNG and RU.T9 to tpa/preset/system/language.
Then I edited tpa/preset/custom/customize.xml to include the <allowed-language>ru</allowed-language>
But after this the russian language is still not visible in menu.
I suppose that customization settings are in some other file, but in what?
Is there a way to add language to w595 without flashing the MAIN and FS?

I solved this problem the following way:
1. Uploaded ru.lng and ru.t9 into tpa/preset/system/language folder
2. Created the file customize_upgrade.xml and put in it the lines:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <customization> <info> <allowed-language>ru</allowed-language> </info> </customization>

3. Uploaded this file into tpa/preset/custom
4. In the "Menu>Settings>Language>Writing language" chose Russian
