Error wheh trying to identify Sony Ericsson Elm in A2 uploader

I receive an error wheh trying to identify Sony Ericsson Elm in A2 uploader:
unknown ChipID (F100), RETRY
Can't load ID loader !

The software version is R7CA061. The phone is working, but I want to flash it manually with other firmware version.

I know how to work with this program, but I can connect this phone.

A2Uploader doesn't work with DB3350. To flash DB3350 use Omnius.
