Problem during firmware update - K810

Hello!

I really need your help:

I've started 30 minutes ago the wotanclient 1.0.000.
My mobile phone is k810 with Thai firmware - R6BC002 CID52.
I want to add support to my language and I choose - Generic South Asia / Levan firmware.

I've done everything exactly as the manual says, but it stuck the middle of the process:

FLASH: fetching key

What should I do? I'm waiting an waiting an nothing is really happen.

Should I wait more time?
Should I close the wotancleint and start the whole process again?
Is my phone dead now?

I'm really really worry
