Did you mean R1KG001 instead of C001? On official website and on FOTA it gives only R1JG001.

latest for K800,K790,K610,W850 is R1KG001,but not for all regions :(
But is one way to stop this reguest ! you can update you phone with MAIN firmware use XS++1.5 -in main fw is Java software :D

best is XS++1.5 because other tool no flash CID52.
no halmer,you can set in aplication settings. But remember flash only MAIN !
