You mean your buttons(keyboard) not work?
Download this driver and install to your computer: ggsetup-2.2.0.11.exe
Clean usb connector on the phone with needle and try to detect phone with C or 2+5 buttons in A2 uploader.
Post here log if phone is detected.

Edit: you can also download Omnius and try to detect your phone with info button.
If phone is detected buy Omnius 1 day license and unlock it.
