Ok, i understand that these guy(s)maybe very busy, i placed my order online for my Wotan Credit yesterday (Tuesday) at 5pm GMT+1 using Kagi for payment. I received a response confirming the payment had been taken 2mins later and had the invoice and transaction ID. However no username and password had been received within the 2 hours max specified.
I had to request a support ticket to get a username and password thinking that this would cure my problems.
I finally received an email from support this morning with the credentials !!!!!
However, this only allows me to login to the support section and not the Wotan client software to Flash the K800I.
Again another Support ticket fired off to request the correct detais @ 7.00am
I received a response from David in support requesting my details from Paypal and the emal address etc etc,
Another support ticket fired off to confirm yet again that i have used Kagi for payment with the Transaction ID etc etc.
Ok, nearly 5pm again and still not had a response, i have even looked on the Kagi website to confirm the payment has been taken, yup it has and the bank can confirm this too when i look at my account,,,,,
What the heck is going on with these people?
I'm now thinking of buying a Wotan Credit from Here (topsony.com) can somebody confirm that ill get it in the next few hours once i've made payment on card........
