W595 Configuration error... phone receive calls but not other func available

I flashed w595, using A2 uploader, but on screen I get message: "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre".
Tried several times flashing again and with different custpacks, but message still appears. Network works: emergency + receiving calls is o.k., but nothing more can be done - message is on display.
Without SIM card I can see initial Sony demo video.
Something strange to me is appearing 3G or E for network coverage without SIM card (display top left corner) and it is change/appears more/less like with SIM card
What have I done wrong?
My region is South east Europe - Serbia

You forget to flash customization.You must use 3 files to flash it.
Just repeat flashing with main+FS+cust pack.
FS and customization must match so in your case you must use SE Europe customization.
If you need more info you can find it using search button.

Yes, now its O.K. I flashed phone with "west europe" pack (main+fs+cust) because I didnt find pack for South East Europe.
Now it works, not available Serbian language, but english is o.k.
I hope will never have initial problem with phone (lost all contacts, sms, not available to send sms...)

Hello,
Reflash with Adriatic FS and Adriatic customization so you will have your language.You don't have to flash with latest version,you can use any version.Always make backup to memory card or to your computer before flashing then after flashing you can restore it to your phone.If you are not shure just ask here and i will post you download link.
