well after much searching and reading ive had to bite the bullet and post on here. I no its an old phone I just want to use it abroad and for a back up can any body point me in the right direction please because im truly stumped, I cant ask Vodafone because its second hand and they need original owners details etc. thanks in advance

small update;ive finally go xs++4.1 to run as root in linux and communicate with my phone ive made a backup of my gdfs also, can anyone help with next steps please
