Flashing screen of death

First I use XS++ to main flash using w810_p3k_dcu.49R.ssw
Then I flash the filesystem using W810_R4EA031_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49.fbn (i figure i should use this one as i'm in the UK)
Then I use FAR manager to get into the FS folder of my phone (at this point, it freezes in opening the FS folder..or just takes longer than it probably should, ive waited 30 minutes and nothing - it says the following: All loaders are taken from SETOOL2. Sending break-in ldr: cid49run: sent 1 bytes)
