it takes that long cuz you are bruteforceing, it may take up to 7 hours. if it still looks for the code then you can stop but if it started uploading then you must leave it to finish. the tutorial I sent you is without bruteforceing and it takes 10-15 minutes.

better for W810 is use FAR Manager with SEFP plugin.I too not been lucky with XS++.

hmm...well the blinking screen of death has gone, but now i get "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre".

your phone wasn't customized/finalized, you can do it with FAR in 5 min

okay so im flashing without bruteforcing, trying to customize/finalize using FAR manager, but whenever i connect the phone, i can see the FLASH and FS folders, and as soon as i try to access the FS folder, the phone goes into usb mode and FAR manager freezes trying to access the folder. I'm so close!!!!! Help!

This is caused coz your fone is cid49.You have to flash for main with xs++ the file w810_p3k_dcu.49R.ssw and then the FS.Then do the things you want with far,flash with xs++ the real main and thats it!
