every time i plug my k800 or w850 to my computer with usb it turns off my computer
please can anyone help me??!!!
ive lost so much work today its untrue

It is standart problem, you shoud reinstall Windows

really?? i just redid my entire hdd about 2 weeks ago
is there any other way to fix the problem?

You can delete from hardware list you phone and than install again, but put phone in other usb port

Reinstall SE suite --> Reinstall ALL phone drivers --> Check the cable --> Reinstall Windows...
And be sure you have SP2 installed :)
