Cingular w810i flashing questions

i have a cingular branded w810i. i was wondering if i had to flash the phone and basically debrand the phone to use flash menus that i want to install on my phone.

you can use flash menus on cingular firmware but you need to do some modifications, there is a thread on how to, search thru my posts. Or you can reflash your phone with generic firmware (to unbrand). also search in my posts.

to do these modification u need to use FAR, I guess you know how to use it.
connect to FAR, go to tpa\preset\custom open customize.xml with Far editor (press F4) look for the next line <enable-flash-desktop>false</enable-flash-desktop> change false to true, save (press F2) and exit editor (press F10), then go to TPA\PRESET\SYSTEM\DESKTOP\FLASH look for a disableflash named file and delete it, upload flash menus (.swf) to the same folder (TPA\PRESET\SYSTEM\DESKTOP\FLASH) exit FAR , flash real main back with XS++ and enjoy.

Khaba in my customize.xml there is no such:
<enable-flash-desktop>false</enable-flash-desktop>
Can i install this way .SWF as wallpaper?

you can't use flash for wallpapers or screensaver, did you find the disableflash file?
