Upgrading or repairing the EROM (FOTA) in phones CID 49 or CID 51 with Phone XS

I have done it and my phone "fresh" again

OK I dug for information ALLL NIGHT! I mean from 3PM EST till 2AM to repair my 2 week old K790a (branded to unbranded) JUST to find this wonderful site that has pretty clear - best of ANY site I've found ALL nite long. NOW I have to wait another 19posts & 30 days before I can download the firmware that I desparately need to use my phone?

During this weekend & tomorrow at work I cannot contact my girl or kids to make sure all this well > I think about them all day. I've already had woes on my BB Pearl now my K790a. I've posted on Esato, long time member there, and newbie member today on SE-NSE forums under the SAME logon ID but I'm shafted.

I just wish I can offer more help than everyone has here.

Word of advice spend no less than 3hrs coming ALL these sites BEFORE you're first 10 firmware upgrades & unlocking.:o

Hello!!

What can i do when i have dead K800i only red light (next to IR) blinking ??
When Phone XS says ...hold C then connect cable... my phone can't connect with this software :(

How can i repair EROM in my K800i ?? I think it's CID49.
Please help me somebody.

OK, phone connectong with software. When i hold C, then notting hapens. But when i hold 2+5 keys my phone connectting.
