customization problem

no dude it was a software problem only.i fixed it. a new problem to be solved now,i downloaded a uc browser 8.4 version in my w550i and tried to install it.now i'm not able to open menu,contacts,bluetooth options,it shows "dynamic menu error" when i try to access it. only able to call using this phone now.how to fix this?i can't delete the downloaded software as i can't acess the menu.

How did you fix it if phone is not working ????
I already told you that it is hardware problem so take it to some repair shop and don't spam the forum.
