k790i operation failed..

whenever i try to open my applications or games folder i get an operation failed error in my sonyericson k790i phone..
i read many forums about it and found out that i need to flash it...
i tried xs++..i says phone not supported...
so i tried far manager with jd flashing..again it gives me some error saying put file header error 19 when i choose my main r8bf003 to flash it...anybody knows how should i flash my phone properly to make applications and games working again...any help will be appreciated..thanx..

The file you're trying to flash is incorrect CID. Since you say XS doesn't support then you must have CID53 phone so MUST use CID53 firmware files. BTW your original problem of "Operation failed" only requires reflash of FS and custom.

hey thanx guys for the reply..
thing is i tried searching for cid53 firmware files...but no luck...if possible can you give me the link for k790i cid53 firmware file or let me know where i can find it...
and about the later part...i have only main and fbn files but no fs or custom flashing files...can you help me through that as well...thanx anyways....:) :)

Finally i fixed my cellphone....i downloaded a new far manager and new firmwares..and it worked.. :)
and i did it by my own...
