MPE (MyPhoneExplorer) is very good. You can put themes, videos, images etc fast and easy to Your phone ;)
It can show informations about Your phone, such as:
You can reading and sending SMS too, check how many free memory do You have, synchronize Your contacts with PC, etc ;)

But You can't delete hidden and protected files in system phone, right?
