SparkChess is a free chess game featuring great graphics, three difficulty levels and online multiplayer.

SparkChess is intended exclusively for tablets running Android 2.2 - 3.2. Official ICS support will be added.

SparkChess is available on Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, Chrome, Android tablets, iPad and Playbook.

An advanced version has more features especially useful for learning chess, including replay with PGN, board editor with FEN import/export, hints, move help, visual aids, diagram mode and more.
