Hard reset then restore factory settings. If it didn't work, check this for help:

I attached the device right out of the box and it launched as i should. But when I was going to set up the wifi, it couldnt find any wifi. It simply just turned the wifi "button" of again. I tried to install a new frameware, but the problem remains. Any solution?
