I used Wotanserver and it was a smooth operation from the beginning to the end.
Entire flashing process took me less then 7minutes.
Make sure that you get R1J firmware for K800 from wotanserver. As i flashed it with R1GB (before R1J was released) and it has video preview bug that will crash your phone.
