how to add languages to your phone

Has anyone noticed how sucky the Spanish writing input for SE is?
I wonder if there's a way to correct the dictionary files. also, I still wonder why isn't there any FW with Japanese included

i want to add Farsi Language to my K800i, i have XS++ and my phone characteristics are:
"OTP CID: 49
EROM CID: 52
EROM COLOR: Red
Network: Mediterr
Firmware version: R1KG001"
PLease help...
