how to add languages to your phone

How to add lanuage or change language pack to Satio u1???
I have bought it in UK, but I need Baltic pack (Russian, Latvian)
I donot have any devices like SeTool box etc.
Is it possible to do it?

This is getting very frustrate.
My first try went perfectly fine, but on my second go new language doesn't appear anymore.
Does this mean I have to reflash my phone again?

What I did was add new line on customize.xml and upload it in tpa/preset/custom and for the language i upload it in tpa/preset/setting/language

That was my first try and it work. but now it doesn't

The first label in a SE .lng file contains two letters! To add a new language to your phone,the two letters of the first label must be same with the other .lng files from the FS where you want to add a new language! Sorry for my bad English (If it was :D )

In A2 FS I don't see any lng.lst and lng.dat ! I think all what matters is the first label ! Good Luck !
