how to add languages to your phone

here is a question I'd like to ask
I have TM506, and I'd like to add Trad Chinese (just need to display, if I am able to input it should be better)
can I put the language files into the CDA.zip, as well as modify the customize.xml?
I'd like to do it while flashing the phone

where to get language files?

Like vi.lng, en.lng etc.....

If nobody answer you still have option to flash your phone with all 3 files (MAIN,FS,CUSTPACK), and FS - CUSTPACK have to be APAC

Also you can extract an FS to get the languages file languages you want!
Search a tutorial, is very easy!
