1) you will need to break into the phone using FAR. If you don't know how to do this, there are tuts for this everywhere.

How can I do this on a Mac? Is the FAR you mentioned the Far Manager for Windows?

I've a Sony Ericcson S500i and would like to insert a language.

yes that far is for windows only i think, i dont know is there any XS++ for MAC, because with XS you can break in phone FS too

thank you all, guys, i finally manage to add croatian language in my k770, problem was that i didn't added comma in allowed_languages.txt after "hr", now i have croatian language, and again thank you

im a complete newb, my k800 software info is

and my problem is that currently it is cent_europe well english, but when i play chinese music the text is in squares, so i need the phone able to read chinese (traditional if possible)
i just want to add chinese language thats all.
any help, step by step please cheers!
