K790a application problems

Hello,
i've installed couple of applications and games on my K790a and now they are currupt. when i click on any of the games.. the phone reboots!
Google Maps did the same thing until i reinstall it. it worked for a few times before it started doing it again?
is anyone having this "reboot" problem?

No, but its a common k800 k790 and w850 problem. especially with k800 and k790 the problem is worst. maybe with a firmware update its will fix, but for sure you need to flash your phone and put all the software from the beginning. Se service will do this for you for free

dude!
last night it did the same thing, but this time it wouldnt boot back up! it would just recycle through this black screen and white screen with light and quick vibrate.

i removed the battery, sim.... inserted charger.. nothing! it was DEAD

so, i used the cable and did the software update from SE site.. and it worked. it turned back up.

my Firmware is old i think, im not sure how to update firmware.

pal u have a possible EROM issue, which might be an older version like R3A011
in which case you will have to upgrade it to avoid getting WSOD in the future

check it by accessing service menu >*<<*<* (joystick right,star,left,left,star,left,star)
then go to SERVICE INFO ---then SOFTWARE INFO
it will say EROM: R3A011 or R3A016

I folowed the procedures you have mentioned, and then I discover a R1JC002 and EPROM: R3A011 codes.
So, my celphone is in the black firmware list, and the reason of my problems is the R3A011 version ?

But now, what I have to do ?
What is the better version for my K790i ? ( I`m Brazil - Portuguese):confused:
Where can I find it ?
PhoneXs works fine ?
