does W810i not support MP4?

I heard from the web that W810i support MP4 format but when I tried it, it doesn't, I had to convert the MP4 into .3gp in order to have it play.....if it's in MP4, it only play the sound.....anyone know about this?

you have a maximum resolution that W810i plays videos, I mean 176*144. Anything over won't display any image. or try different converter, codecs. First try to convert to this resolution.mp4 works on my W810i

it might not play if the bitrate is too high. but then it does play mp4 for sure

yup it plays mp4...use a converter like m3 or imTOO to convert your videos and also dont have the video bitrate to high and the resolutionb given above...any other size resolution(higher size) will not run and u will only hear audio...try using m3 that real good

Mp4 works in w810 fones. You can also check the video's bitrate, framerate and resolution so that it will be played to your fone.. I have experienced this once so what i did is to fix the video properties. It must now be too high or too low so that it will work properly
