I know that there is Universal Box that unlock db2020, but I don't have universal box..so I think that there are more solutions about that..

By the way... Is this the proper way to unlock and unbrand a phone? I need to unbrand so I can delete T-com stuff.

Another question: How do you change the shutdown screen and start up sound from T-com to something else?

well you can't unlock it just by reflashing with another firmware...besides k610 is a db2020 phone so you will have to pay for unlocking. the only thing by reflashing is that you will debrand your phone...
