C510 problem ! :) need fix urgent

Ok guys im a newbie to this but im trying to fix my C510.... the problem is that when i turn it on it then freezes then reboots again and then repeats it over and over again !!!!! so will it need to be flashed ? Thanks guys ! :)

Yes, reflash it with wotanserver.
