G705 - W715 Update Error

I update my phone many times but i have never seen this problem. I have converted my phone from g705 to w715 with firmware update. Yesterday i did it and my phone started normally and i used it. This morning myphone lcd has been blacked and then i restarted phone but the result didnt change. So i updated my phone with g705 firmware cid53 R1EA033, cid 52 R1BA038 then updated w715 cid53 R1GA030 but result is same when i was turn on my phone first the lcd is black after 1-2 minutes screen has absurt image like this;

and joystic flashed orange light some times wink some times stable

Looks like a hardware fault to me.

like a what ? flex cable problem or lcd ( whic has been changed nearly )or another ?

Change the flex first.

i changed it about 2 months ago :( and now i looked it. it looks like clear
