To set up a Windows Live or Hotmail account

When you first set up your phone, you're asked to sign in with your Windows Live ID. If you didn't sign in then, or if you have more than one Windows Live ID or Hotmail account, you can use the steps below to set up your primary Windows Live ID or additional Windows Live IDs. 1. On Start, flick left to the App list, tap Settings, then tap Email + accounts.
   
   
2. Tap Add an account > Windows Live.
   
3. If you haven't signed in with a Windows Live ID yet during setup, the Before you sign in screen appears. On this screen, tap Next.
   
4. Tap the Email address box, then type your Windows Live ID.
   
5. Tap the Password box, then type your Windows Live password.
   
6. Tap Sign in.
   
   Your Windows Live email, contacts, calendar, photos and feeds will be synchronised to your phone.
