Reviving SE w550 mobile with XS++ 3.1 and SETool lite problems..

I'm trying to revive a dead SonyEricsson W550 for my customer, I am using XS++ 3.1 and SE Tool Lite. Can't open the phone its totally dead it only powers on and vibrate, black screen. Now I accessed it using both and here are the problems that I encountered. Copied from the logs entered.
