when i press on bt than is bt on but anybody can send me what and when i want to send what it doesnt work and when i press off it is not off when i press a second then it is off.why???

Try to flash main and fs, and try again bluetooth... it may be a software problem!

Try to update your firmware in SEUS maybe it is a software problem...

The operator cannot fix the phone bro :D . Well when you tried all of the options above then I think the last resort you have is to return the phone from where you purchased it as long as it has it's warranty and they will fix it for you...:)
