i have sony w910 n cant charging but if i off my phone and put the charging and my phone would be on and it tell charging alien battery...........plz help me

check for battery contacts, especially the BSI (the centre contact of the battery or the phone) for dirt of something that make the phone and battery connection weak. also try with other working battery

Also Check your FAST PORT, it could be broken or dirty.
