unlock code

I purchased an unlock code from cellunlocker.net. They sent four numbers as follows;
NETWORK:=3XXXXXX2;
PROVIDER:=8XXXXXX7;
SUBPROVIDER:=7XXXXXX7;
DEFREEZE:=0XXXXXX1
(I X’d out the #s)
They refer to “unlock code” and “NCK code” in the instructions. Which of the above numbers is the unlock or NCK code?

NCK is network code.
