I downloaded the FW from the forum (new, old) are not, and downloads on other sites is not, main file is OK, but the FS file error, this error because the machine I recorded the wrong FW W890i .............

Did you try Full Flash procedure again, with A2uploader?
Other option is using SEUS software, (Sony Ericsson Update Service), you can reinstall or update your phone. Try it

Error 3b means flash chip is damaged but try what StVRaY suggested just to be shure.
