Before going to flash your w850 you'll need the following files and download the firmware files {divided into 2 parts W850_R1JC002_MAIN_GENERIC_CY_RED51 (*.mbn) & W850_R1JC002_FS (*.fbn), you need both of them} according to your w850's CID.

to know your phone's CID:
1. open Setool2Lite.
2. select your "phone model".
3. press "Identify" button.

connect your phone holding "C" button of your phone and follow the instruction of Setool2Lite

Flash Tutorial:
1. open Setool2Lite.
2. select your "phone model".
3. press "Add" button on Setool2Lite.

1st select MAIN (*.mbn)
2nd select FS (*.fbn)
3rd select custpack (don't extract it).

4. press "Flash" button on Setool2Lite.

connect your phone holding "C" button of your phone.
and follow the instruction of Setool2Lite,
Don't disconnect the phone untill [Elapsed:??? secs] shows on Setool2Lite log box.

According your Firmware, CID, COLOR and geographical area, use the following files:
FS: Downloads - R1JG001_RED51 - W850_R1JG001_FS_EUROPE_2_RED51 - Top Sony
MAIN: Downloads - R1JG001_RED51 - W850_R1JG001_MAIN_GENERIC_CY_RED51 - Top Sony
And choose a CDA file, according your country and Mobile Operator: Downloads - w850custpack - Top Sony
