Bugs:

Installation:

1.Wipe the following in xRecovery:
Factory Reset (Full wipe)
Wipe Cache Partition
Wipe Dalvik Cache

2. install Custom Zip and choose Ultima 2.3.zip

If you already on GB Then you are done. otherwise go to next step.

3.Turn off the phone by taking out your battery when ROM installation is finished
Open Flashtool and flash ftf bundle .
4. done.

Phone will be smooth after few reboot.

Download: Will wipe everything.
