This is a stock replacement rom that is themed to be fully transparent,
unlike anything we've seen before!
It will knock your socks off!!

Almost every system app that has a UI will have a nicely dimmed transparent background.
Your wallpaper (even if it is a Live one) will be visible throughout the deep dark depths of your phone,
so it will be no different to using the Arc Theme Manager!!

HOW TO INSTALL:

1. Make sure you are running the latest stock kernel and baseband .71.
2. Boot into xrecovery and do a Factory Reset
3. Bear in mind that your apps will be deleted, so make a backup with Titanium or something like that.
4. Flash the "TEAM v1 Fixed.zip" via xRecovery.
4a. Flash the "TEAM Update-v1-v1.2.zip"
4b. Flash the "TEAM Update-v1.2-v1.4.zip"
4c. Flash the "TEAM Update-v1.4-v1.6.zip"
5. Clear Cache and Dalvik Cache
6. Reboot
7. After First Reboot do your normal thing with setting up accounts.
8. Once you are on you Home Screen, Press the Menu Button
9. Select More>ADWSettings>Themes Preferences>Select your Theme>Pick "Sony Launchifier"
10. Hit "Apply Theme!" and you are done!
11. ENJOY!

For update just flash the "TEAM Update-v1.2-v1.4.zip" over existing install. no data will be erased.

Q&A - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Q: Why stock? Why not CM or MiUI?
A: Because the goal is to give a fully working, bug-free ROM, with some fully working extras.
Once this is possible for CM or MiUI, they will become a priority.

Q: In this ROM and that ROM there are many tweaks. Why not in this ROM too?
A: We've placed a few very carefully selected and tested tweaks (thanks to Z and some other members, credits are given properly in the actual file). now that custom kernels are possible on GB, we testing various tweaks and this ROM will be updated accordingly.

Q: Can I use extract the transparent apps and use them in this ROM and that ROM?
A: The short answer is no.
Those modified apps do not consist of simple recoloring or replacing images.
They have undergone core modifications and are deeply integrated into the specific framework of this ROM.

Q: Will you be updating often? I am a flash junkie!
A: My sympathies to you! This ROM will always be up-to-date with new tweaks and
we are always here to try and fill your requests. T.E.A.M ROM is meant to be a real community work.
If you find a bug, if you find an interesting tweak, if you have any suggestions whatsoever,
please post it here! It will help all of us and we are actually counting on it!
