it may be your first impression, the phone volume and kd-player volume are not the same u need to set your phone volume to the max with the side keys for volume but it wont display it in kd-player and then when the phone volume is at max you can use only the kd-player volume which will be highest possible for the phone like any other player would do it

i m not able add songs in kd player hence its unusable for me....

if you have an old version of software on your phone you would need to update it in order to use kd-player like it should work.
there are some problems with security settings of some version of firmware so you will be asked every time when change the song and stuff like that usually it will work after an update for me it did it :) k800i
