backup w300i with far??

I haven't done anything yet but i know how i could do it..
Real questions are the memory addresses and can i make reliable backup from fw&main with break in flash?
(problem is that i dont have right fw&main in my disk and i dont want to use bruteforcing)

if i flash main or fs what things are modified in cell(like memory,email settings etc)?
p.s:is there any other program i could use to make backup?
im also confused about finalizing with far after flashing fs :S

it's like u do a 'master reset' on the cellphone..

just when u flash the FS. If u flash only main, all of your settings will be remained on the phone.

a 'backup' means to copy the erom and gdfs from the internal memory. I've backed up my files many times using far but there is no point in backing up internal files, only drivers, the menu.ml and maybe the flash menus if there are some.
And you cant backup the main firm of a w300 using far because there a fake main, not the real.

I didn't think you could backup the main, as you need to rewrite it with the break in just to get access. So you'd be backing up the break in and not the original main, which would be permanently lost by this time. I could be wrong though.
