It's recommended before any procedure (update, flash, etc) make sure that all is well (hardware).
In this case, check your FASTPORT (slot where you connect your data cable) is well, then try to update again but now you could use SEUS program (Sony Ericsson Update Service).

The phone does not show any problems, the software has identified the chipset and the OTP area without problems. So it seems to be a connection failure may be just the cable or phone connector is dirty. Or you are connecting it the wrong cable to the phone.
Clean the extremities of the cable and phone connector, and be sure to properly connect the cable to the phone.

hey SEUS program worked thanks lot ,but now just a one problem you have to solve for me .it doesn't recognize my sim card and says insert correct usim.plz help me.

This message "insert correct sim" appears because the flash process is not complete.
1 - Try again with SEUS, but be careful to not discharge the battery.
2 - Use other software and complete phone.
3 - If you have much experience with phones, you can upload only certificates to complete the phone properly.

A question your phone was Unbranded?
